    JustTheTip is recruiting for both current tier (T16) 10/25-man raiding and Warlords of Draenor (T17+, Mythic 20-man); All raiding applicants should have a raid-ready character with a minimum equipped iLvl of ~570 and ~10/14H T16 raiding experience.
