Yeah, I was kind of wondering about this...didn't Thrall have hair at one point? I guess it makes sense that orcs go bald as they get older just like humans do.

One of the things that always set Thrall out was how civilized and sophisticated he was compared to most orcs. Making him look like he does now, has him looking like just another brute. It looks terrible even ignoring that and judging it by itself. If the model was not tagged "Thrall" (and didn't have the iconic armor), I would have no clue who that character was supposed to be.
