    Classes with immunities

Talking about like mages iceblock, paladin bubbles that sorta stuff.

Should you be using CDs to force them as soon as possible, or saving CDs to kill after they have used their immunity?

There's no answer for that question.
It depends on Your comp and their comp as well.

PvP is shit right now, so don't play it, wait for WOD

How is that reply any useful, Op already knows it's relative to the situation, nothing in PvP is set on stone except for killing the undergeared player.

Most of the times, save cds to kill after they use their immunity. Against a mage you wait after iceblock unless you have priest (in that case, cds and mass dispell); against a holy you go on your regular target and if he bubbles because of cc you switch on him. Ofc if you have short cd offensive cooldowns (like if you're a mage for example), you want to use them asap to get those players out of immunities as early as possible. Remember that the goal is to force a block, even if you have to waste cooldowns for it: it will make the mage actually killable in the next cc chain on the healer.

In case you popped cds and they disper/karma/stuff, the best option is to switch asap and then going back to mage/pala/w.e

Sometimes it's better to force block as early as possible with CDs (although you dont want to waste your own and NOT get a block) - because it means the mage will play defensively if he's only got 1 or 0 blocks left (or hes in hyperthermia).

Sometimes it's better to try and get a block with CC on his healer and then kill the Mage with burst damage with your damage CDs.

Depends on comp, mage, team mates, playstyles. etc. If you're against a really aggro mage, he might even block a counterspell just to go for a kill, in which case you dont even need to worry. There's no real concrete answer for this im afraid.
