I'm using an Nvidia GeForce GTX 680 and the graphics seem a bit fuzzy and off to me. What do you think?

The names of other people are barely recognizable when they are a few yards in front of me. Is this how it's suppose to be?

Running 780 Ti and it's basically the same for me but I can see the names a bit further away.
However it is probably some setting within the NVIDIA Control Panel, try playing around with it.

Looks normal to me.... the further people are away, the smaller the names. Zoomed way out, I can't see anyone's names usually.

That is how it is supposed to look, no way to make clear text when font gets smaller. (higher resolution screen would help of course)
