Best video format for aTube.

I know aTube Catcher is not the best program ever created but I kinda like it so my question is.... Which off these video qualities is the best to download youtube videos

For videos or audio? WMV AVI and MPEG4 are all video codecs that run pretty much universally.

I'd go with on of the Apple MPEG4 ones for compatibility. I normally upload to YouTube in MP4 format

XVid AVI might be a bit smaller compression - you will need to check
