Log Check?

So my DPS is OK, but I feel like I should be doing a bit more for my ilvl.

If anyone has the time, I'd appreciate a quick look over some of my logs from last nights raid- DPS was a bit on the lower side, as we were trialing an underbred healer, and I was putting more GCDs into keeping heals up than normal.

My DPS seems to hover at around 300k on static fights (Malk, Jugg) and I'd think it would be a bit higher (320k or so).

All suggestions for improvements welcome.

Quick look:

For Malkorok, you could have cast UE two more times. FS uptime on that fight should be 100%.

Keep FS as close to 100% as possible.
I might be blind, but i dont see any Searing totem dmg in there

For some reason, I had it in my head that at higher gear levels Searing Totem wasn't worth the GCD (~LB), but I'll work it back in.

What about earth elemental? The Eles I've talked to have varying opinions from it not being worth the GCD to it being worthwhile to use.
