    Just at the bottom there on your picture, it clearly says "AMD Vishera FX- 8320".

    So it is my motherboard (or a part of my motherboard) that's getting that hot. Question is still: is that a normal temperature for a motherboard?

    Edit: my CPU temperatures are between 30-40 degrees while gaming and 20-25 idle.

    There we go.

    The motherboard temperatures are nothing you need to worry about unless you have overclocked/it's an older motherboard.

    Because MSI motherboards often lack the sensor for TMPIN1. The motherboard may be prepared for it, but it's physically not there, so HWMonitor doesn't remove the value.
    It's a known issue.

    Try using Control Center instead.
