About us: We started raiding together about 6 months ago. We value our excellent atmosphere as much as our raiders performance. We're here to have fun and kill stuff (preferably bosses, not ourselves). The only reason we are only 12/14 HC is the fact that we started raiding HC content late into the patch (February).
What we're looking for:
We are looking for players for the remainder of the current tier and for Mythic raiding in WoD. While we prefer people with current patch experience we are more than happy to nurture individuals that show potential and are willing to stick around and help us improve. We set high but realistic standards.
What we currently need:
At the moment we have recruitments opened for any class/spec combination so if you think you have what it takes to raid with us, don't hesitate to contact us.
Other information:
We raid on Wednesday/Thursday/Sunday from 18:30 to 22:00 server time.
At the moment we are a core group of 10 players but once we go up in numbers we will be running a rotation basis so if our roster has more players online than the raid requires, you will probably sit out once every 5 weeks or so. This is not yet set in stone.
Raiders are expected to be punctual and prepared. This means knowing the encounters, having consumables etc. Common sense stuff.
You are expected to know your class well and keep up to date with changes, using the appropriate talents to suit the encounter we're dealing with.
We are looking for mature, respectul players with a good sense of humour.
I've mentioned this a lot of times in the past but it bears repeating : Wow is a game where we come to have fun in a good atmosphere. We don't tolerate arrogance, whining and/or raging.
We see loot as a tool for our purposes and not the thing we raid for. We work hard to gear for the good of the group and not the individual. If you're the kind of person who sees loot as THE endgame then maybe you should be looking for a different guild.
Last but not least. We need communicative people. We try to establish a connection with each and every new member of the guild to make it easier for them to feel like part of the family. Ofcourse this needs to go both ways.

We just downed Garrosh HC so we're 14/14HC now. We're still recruiting new people for WOD at the moment so if you want to join, apply on our website.
We just switched to 25man and cleared 10/14HC on our first attempt as a 25man guild, hoping to go for at least 13/14 HC this week. We will be raiding from 19:00 to 22:30 from now on. Same raiding days. We're recruiting ranged dps and healers only.
