Guildwars 2 Support is rubbish dont buy the game

Please do not buy this game if you have problems support are of no help what so ever in fact they seem to get great joy by ignoring you.

I have put many hour into this game for the guild wars server to mess everything up cant get into my account or anything. Tried my best to get in touch with Support and they put me on a back burner then I have them abuse. I know I should not but when you want to hit someone for incompetents that's the next best thing.
