where can i sign up for flex and normel?

hi in my realm there isnt really many flex and (normel) some flex but NO normels :P isnt there a site where i can sign up for a normel or flexes ?
i know about the friends and raid and then sign up for flexs .... but beside that, isnt there a website i can sign up for normel?

I would recommend spelling Normal correctly first, it will help your image greatly.
You can also try oQueue (the addon) if you have a decent (545+) item level.
