    Isolating personal sounds?

I am trying to find a way or an addon that isolates your own personal combat sounds and discards sounds from outside sources, such as other raid members. To be honest, I love playing with sounds solo, but I hate to have it active in raids simply because all of the explosions and such sound like a Michael Bay movie gone wrong.

    Any ideas?

Not even a little bit? That's extremely frustrating.

Last I heard, they're reworking the sound engine for WoD.
MMO wise, EVE recently implemented something like that.
Science flies you to the moon. Religion flies you into buildings.
To resist the influence of others, knowledge of oneself is most important.

You could theoretically disable all sounds and then add sound triggers back via Weakauras.

In Warlords they are adding a intelligent system for reducing the visual clutter for spells. Celastalon has confirmed a few times that this also applies to sounds.

You could try moving your listener point to the camera.

    /console Sound_ListenerAtCharacter 0
or add this line to your Config.WTF
    SET Sound_ListenerAtCharacter "0"

I'll attempt this and report back tonight, thank you.
