I'm looking for computer build advice with a budget of around $1000 usd, slightly more if it makes the difference. I do already have the monitor, keyboard, mouse and speakers covered so they do not need to be included.
The computer would be used primarily for gaming such as World of Warcraft, other mmos like FF14 and ESO, and various steam games. I'd like to get as much performance out of it as I can with this budget; as close as I can get to 60fps and ultra settings would be great, and as many frames as possible in a 25m setting. If it makes a difference I often have skype video calls going on in the background and I also use the computer for artwork with programs such as photoshop.
Any advice would be appreciated, and thanks in advance.

Other Software: Art programs (photoshop), skype up constantly

Bump. I'm really unsure how to start picking out parts.
