[Destro] 540 t16 Head vs 554 non-t16 Head?

I'm currently facing the choice of this: http://www.wowhead.com/item=99568 or this: http://www.wowhead.com/item=103901

The thing is, when equipping the 554, I will lose the 4p bonus, and the 4p for Destro is pretty awesome.
What do you think?

Don't lose the 4 piece.

528 t16 head > 544+ non t6 head if it means losing the 4p.
