Gw2 big login problem!

Hi, my english is very bad so pls dont be angry ^^

Im am on a lan party and stared Gw2, then they said i am at a new localisation and i have so send some code (sry dont remember which code) i typed some numbers because i have thought i will get the numbers to my email and then i have to accept them or something.

They said the numbers are wrong and changed my password :/

So i tryed to change my password at the homepage ...

To change my password i need my email a serialcode and my Username.

I bought the game online and i got the serialcode with a email, that is just over a year ago and i were so dumb and deleted the email

Is there anyway that i get a new serialcode or something that i can change my password and play at a other place?

Or has gw2 a live supp i dont find any supp i just want play with my char :/

If you don't have the serial code they will ask you questions to verify that the account is yours.
