GENERAL
* Fixed a rare edge case where players could get stuck drowning while on land.

From what i've heard the Buy Order was fixed as a result of "clever" people exploiting it to obtain lots of plat, always a few muppets

GENERAL

No longer will you be resurrected by mystery players! The name of the person who resurrects you will now properly display again.


RIFT STORE AND SERVICES

* Additional Buy Order slots for the Auction House are now available for purchase on the Store.


AUCTION HOUSE

* Creating an auction with a large deposit now requires player confirmation before it goes through. This also applies to relisting items from an expired auction mail.
* In the Browse and Create tabs of the Auction House, the seller name has been added back in. It displays under the item name.
* Auction Listings and Buy Orders have new durations - 12 hours, 48 hours, and 7 days.
* You can no longer abandon buy orders by transferring to another server.
* Auction Listings and Buy Orders have new costs - 0.75% for 12 hours, 2% for 48 hours, and 5% for 7 days.


SOULS

* All Warrior and Rogue abilities are now consistent in how they are affected by debilitate.

ROGUE

* Virtuoso: Now a 60s cooldown instead of 120s.

BINDINGS OF BLOOD: MAELFORGE

* This raid now contains a hard mode option which offers a new achievement, title, and an additional piece of equipment if succeeded.

NIGHTMARE COAST

* Fixed an issue preventing Dalraak and dungeon completion from granting achievements.
* Reduced the damage dealt by certain trash NPCs and Whirling Death
* Reduced the health of Dalraak’s summoned tears by 50%

* Life's Rapture: Reduced the duration of the blocker buff from Life's Rapture by 1s.


DUNGEONS AND INSTANCES

BINDINGS OF BLOOD: MAELFORGE

* Asias now reduces fire damage to a lesser extent than he had been and provides benefits for Inquisitor DPS spells.
* Maelforge's True Form has been fixed and now correctly calculates the damage modification for tank focused attacks.

NIGHTMARE COAST

* Removed the weird camera during the Lord Arak fight.
* Corrected several achievement trigger events which were awarding their achievements.
* Adjusted the faction of the Shadelings spawned by Dreamscrapers so they wouldn't fight other NPCs around them
* Made some performance improvements to the dungeon.
* Fixed some grammatical errors in the opening vignette.
* Reduced the overall damage dealt by the trash and certain boss attacks in the dungeon.
* Reduced the health of the summoning portals created by Dalraak the Shadowlord.

The Budgies are Back – in Pink!
New Lovely Budgie mounts can be acquired from Limited Edition: Budgie Troves, available on the Rift Store and by completing the achievement Chicken Run! Umbral, Ashen, and Frosty Budgies can be purchased with Bird Seed, obtained from the Limited Edition: Budgie Trove and by completing daily quests in Silverwood, Freemarch, Pelladane, and Cape Jule.

This event starts at 3:30 PM server time on August 21st, and ends at 3:30 PM server time on August 28th!


GENERAL

* Fixed an issue where fishing could be interrupted continuously.


UI AND SETTINGS

* A new way to take beautiful screenshots has been added! By default, Control + P will now take a screenshot with your UI hidden rather than having to hide it manually. You can rebind this ability in the keybindings window.
* Fixed an issue causing faraway objects to be permanently shadowed.
* The main map now works correctly while using the low-quality renderer.


AUCTION HOUSE

* Due to the increased volume of successful auction house sales, we have reduced the deposit costs for both auctions and buy orders of short, medium, and long durations.
* There is now a dropdown selector in the Auction House that will let you specify the default price you want to see for items when you are creating auctions and buy orders. Suggested price will give you a recommended price from our servers and My Last Price will give you the prices you used when you last created an auction with this item.

* Cinder Burst: Reduced damage done.
Accelerant: This debuff now increases damage taken by 2/4/6/8%. Down from 3/6/9/12%.

WARLOCK

* Expanded Contagion: This talent no longer references Combust.

NIGHTMARE COAST

* Mobs and bosses in the standard version of Nightmare Coast now deal 50% less damage in order to bring them in line with standard dungeon difficulty.

* Use your Rift on RIFT! Implemented experimental Oculus Rift support.
- /oculus 1 to enable.
- /oculus 0 to disable.
- /oculusrecenter to recenter position tracking.
- You must resize your window to be the appropriate size (1920x1080 for the DK2) and use extend desktop mode.
- Direct mode is not supported.
- This is an experimental, unsupported, side project - use at your own risk – support may be disabled in the future if problems arise.
* Fixed an issue causing the "Copy to PTS" to time out!


AUCTION HOUSE

* Right-clicking on item or material icons in your crafting window while the Auction house is open to the browse tab will now auto search for that item on the auction house.

* The Druid soul no longer counts as a partial support soul for the purposes of determining which role icon to display for a character. It now counts as DPS only.
* Subtlety: Now affects secondary damage effects of abilities, such as Sanction Heretic, Dark Water, Lightning Hammer and Eruption of Life.

INQUISITOR

*Nysyr's Rebuke: Removed PVP damage penalty.

ORACLE

* Defend the Fallen: Fixed an issue which could prevent this ability from applying its blocker debuff.

SHAMAN

* Deep Freeze: No longer modifies the damage of Corroded Defense.


MAGE

* Fixed an issue with some Pyromancer effects incorrectly triggering the Fungal Blossom debuff on the Greenscale fight.

HARBINGER

* Empyrean Ascension: Now has a 60s cooldown, but lasts for 15s.
* Dancing Limbs: Reduced the cooldown and duration of this ability (which is gained from Empyrean Ascension) to 6s.

PYROMANCER

* Accelerant: Now falls off when the target dies.

STORMCALLER

* Conductive Medium: No longer breaks the disguise from the quest A Bit of Subterfuge.


ROGUE

* Biofeedback: Rank 9 of this ability no longer targets enemies.

* Experimental Oculus Support: You should now be able to interact with entities in the world by clicking on them while in Oculus mode.
* Improved NPC pathing around obstacles, specifically addressing an issue with Krok and Och in the Hive chronicle.

* A number of MTX boosts displayed visually as purgeable, even though they were never actually purgeable. They now correctly appear to not be purgeable.

* Ripple: Increased the radius to 20m, up from 15m.
* Distant Shores: Now correctly increases the radius of Ripple and Monsoon.
* Alluvion: Now also increases the number of targets hit by Healing Flood by 5/10.
* Under Pressure: Now also reduces the mana cost of Geyser, Healing Cataract, Healing Flood and Soothing Stream by 8/16/24%.
* Soothing Stream: Healing from this ability no longer decays over its duration, and will now heal a consistent amount each tick.
* Dangers of the Deep:
- Stacks now also reduce the cast time of Warden abilities by 0.03/0.06/0.1s per stack.
- While out of combat, Dangers of the Deep applies 1 stack of its buff every 4s.
- Stacks now appear in their own UI element for Wardens, and no longer appear in the buff bar.

BINDINGS OF BLOOD

* Double your pleasure, double your fun! The Bindings of Blood Bosses now drop two Soul of the Bloodstorm each time they are defeated!
* We have updated parameters to correct an obscure bug where tank death could sometimes cause certain bosses to reset even though the raid was still alive.

BINDINGS OF BLOOD: GREENSCALE

* Until the next Hotfix, Lord Greenscale has a special treat for DPS warriors.

* Souls of the Bloodstorm should no longer have issues with stacking and master looting.
