Raid Lockouts reset?

So as some of you know, a handful of servers were down due to maintenance and some to be connected.

So I log in on my Ret Pally, this is the Mal'Ganis server by the way, last night, I raided up to normal Siegecrafter. I log in today and uh... my raid lockouts are gone O_o. Old raids included that I run for mounts.

Check on my hunter main, got to siegecrafter heroic, lockout gone O_o. A bunch of guildies reporting the same thing. Not that I don't mind, but uh... wtf? lol
