Experienced Raid leader looking for raid guild for WoD

Hello, I have been away for many months and I'm trying to get back into the raid scene. I have Lead my previous raid teams starting through ICC 10m and through Cataclysm progressing as far as Heroic Blackhorn kills. My guild fell apart in MoP as I took a leave due to real life situations. I'm looking for a sociable group that raids later in the evening, 11pm EST at the earliest. I am willing to transfer/Faction change and know will need to work hard to gear up to make a raid spot. I have raid experience as a Hunter, Rogue, and Resto Shaman. I also can play Druid, Mage, Monk, Priest, and Warrior. Thank you for your consideration.
