i keep getting emails about the beta and its just a bunch of 'SECURE YOUR SPACE NOW'

your signed up but 'SECURE YOUR SPACE NOW' pfft why would i pay to play a beta of a f2p game. :/ don't get me wrong it looks pretty fun but £100 fun not really. thats like 3 triple A's or 10 (from a steam sale) or nearly a year of wow, etc.

it does look like the sort of game that i would put money into but i'm the type of guy that likes to get their foothold so to speak, I would prefer to wait until i have a max level and start struggling with crafting or whatever before i remove the blocks or increase the capabilities with cash. basically just attaining a similar pinnacle i have in other mmos before committing. the idea of doing it right off the bat doesn't appeal. especially when these aren't long term betas just weekends which gives you enough time to maybe get to lvl20? if you completely avoid sleeping and eating and doing anything else.

come to think of it though if i did shell out a ton for a weekend beta i probably wouldn't be able to afford to do those aforementioned things anyway so i see where they are going with the price tag.
