Who Are We?
We're a semicore 10*man raiding guild (we expect strong play and optimal gearing, but don't put in crazy hours) that's currently 8/14 heroic.

What Do We Want?
We're still going strong through the pre*-expansion doldrums, but our ranks have been thinned out a bit, and we have to double our team anyway for Mythic, so we're looking to pick up some new recruits. We're interested in people who want to get into the upper tiers of raiding, even if they don't have great experience.

What Should You Be?

[li]555+ gear: more is better, but that's what we'd consider the minimum. We're expecting numbers in the 250*-280k single-*target range for DPS, and sustained healing around 100*-120k from healers. Tanks don't have clear metrics, but should be able to perform a fight with a similar damage profile to H Sha without requiring any emergency attention from healers.[/li] [li]At least 14/14N experience. Heroic experience is good, but not necessary: everyone has to start somewhere.[/li][li]Able to raid 8*-11 EST every Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday, with 90%+ attendance. It all goes a lot smoother when people show up consistently.[/li][/ul]
