Questions about Professions in WoD

So i have a few questions and hope someone can help me

1. Engineer has lost its gloves enchant and nitro boots don't need to learn the profession?! Are there the epic helmet with the wheel socket? i'm not sure because sockets are away from normal gear!?
2. Alchemy do i have still the double time bonus for the flasks? Are there craftable trinkets ?
3. Blacksmith , i have this profession on my warlock alt , can i craft the gear and trade it to my pala so is the gear boe?
4. Inscription , my shaman alt has it , can i craft darkmooncards with lvl 90 or only with lvl 100?
5. Enchanting , whats the bonus to have it? ring enchants are now for all not only for the enchanter

Hope for help, cause want to know , if i change my prof for WoD to a optimal .

There is very little known about professions in WoD simply because the info isn't there. Blizzard hasn't added much to do with professions yet at all in beta.
