[H] 14/14H <Neoultum> of Turalyon Recruiting for Mythic/WoD
Greetings,
We are currently recruiting for 20 Man Mythic in WoD. Our progression in SoO is over, however, we need more skilled players to join our ranks for the upcoming expansion. We pride ourselves in our ability to stay competitive with just a few nights a week. If you're an exceptional player and think that you might fit well with our guild then please put in an application even if your class isn't listed below.
When applying, providing us with WL/WoL Parses will greatly increase your chance to get recruited, so it's highly recommended. Any role that thinks they perform exceptionally well are welcome to apply too!
Not having any Heroic experience or parses will severely limit your consideration, if you do not have parses they can be created easily in LFR/Flex if you are not currently raiding.
Applicants must...
- Strive for excellence every night.
- Take advice and criticism with an open mind.
- Adjust to progression fight mechanics and strategies quickly.
- Be able to attend the majority of our raids (85%).
- Be knowledgeable of both your class and raid role(s).
- Have Mumble and a working headset.

Come Warlords of Draenor we will be transitioning from a two night a week schedule to three nights while keeping close to the total time we currently raid from 8 hours to 9 in WoD, this is to facilitate clearing bosses that are on farm and leaving room for progression time on other bosses.
