Classic collectors pack questions

Hi,

I'm looking at the Classic Collectors Pack (and the higher packs too) and wanted to know if the 4 extra character slots stacks with the 3 char slots I purchased on my standard edition.*

Similar question about the 2 bag slots. I currently have 5 on each character. Does that mean the packs will open up 2 more for a total of 7?

Lastly, does the 30 day parton pass that comes with the packs offer loyalty like paying for a monthly sub? Last I recall it didn't but wanted to be sure.

thought i read something about monthly subs dont net you points. Could be wrong but I never noticed a difference in my loyalty month to month as a patron.
