Does Anyone know of a pre-configured add-on that`ll block all the "WTS SoO flex blah blah blah" spam that seems to have taken over trade recently?

Try BadBoy: Spam Blocker & Reporter with the BadBoy_CCleaner plugin, and configure the specific phrases you don't want to see anymore.

Prat supports blocking through their custom filters. I believe that chatter offers the same feature. I think, but am not sure, that wim offers the same feature.

Thats not spam, it is what the trade channel is for. If you want to ignore the trade chat in the trade channel, the answers pretty obvious....!
