Number 1, it is not a stutter
    Number 2, I am playing at 1080i not p
Number 3, I consistently get above 100 fps
Number 4, My temps are well within limits
My build is in my sig
It only happens whn playing music, BUT, only when I turn the music up very loud, could it be a power problem?

    Using VGA?

Loud speakers can cause distortions to electrical equipment using analog signals due to lack of magnetic shielding. Switch to HDMI or DVI (as both are digital) depending on whichever you can actually use and it'll go away.

Playing music with something like windows media player? Or is it something else? Are you using speakers? Monitor Speakers? A headset?

Specifics would be nice, but depending on your answer, I'd say update your sound drivers and update/reinstall the latest Graphics Drivers with DDU and CCleaner.

If you're using standalone speakers, then it could just be that it's not magnetically shielded well, if at all, so it's causing problems with other electrical equipment.

playing music on youtube, dubstep, lots of bass, I got some crappy Proscan speakers for 25 bucks at walmart, they are far away from computer though, I also already have everything updated, completely, everything is clean as it can be, ran CC cleaner, then malware bytes, than hitman pro, also uninstalled all afterward

May not be as far as you think. Cheap speakers so yea it's likely the problem. Surprised you're seeing the problem with HDMI though. Normally it's the VGA that causes it but maybe the fact that you're using a TV (assuming from the resolution) may have something to do with it?

If you're listening to bass you should probably invest into some better speakers anyways.
