Deckard Cain fuck yeah. His ultimate is Stay a While and Listen. Makes enemies stunned for 8 sec XD.
The necromancer summening skeletons, skeleton warmages and golems and ultimate is poisen nova.
Andarial, she would have a cleave attack, dot attack, sprint ability, and her ultimate is a never ending poisen that requires you to either hs or take a well to get rid off.(in light andarial on hell where you had your backs filled with remove poisen and a town portal waiting.)

Stacraft Franchise
Medivac, can lift people and fly them around(on cd ofc), can heal people channel spell that drains mana over time, can offload small marines and marauders. and ulti is 2 medics 4 marines 2 marauders and a vulture.
Carrier, uses mana to craft small planes, regenerates slowly over time, well only gives health. hs gives mana back. another ability is to regen mana faster on a 1min cd. another is to boost the attack speed of the small planes and ulti is to make small planes invulnerable.

Wow Franchise
Harrison Jones Ultimate is to dig up a rare archaeology fragment that buff people around him.
Chromie, why cause chromie is fucking epic. Ultimate is her turning into a dragon.
Mankrik, Ultimate is him asking for his wife stunning people around cause they are surprised he is still looking.

Never say never. References to Butcher from Diablo have been datamined several times and we already have Stitches in the game with a similar toolset.

Besides the obvious sylvanas, kael and vikings, I think the best you'll have is the list of datamined heroes on heroesnexus.

I remember there was a more updated list but I can't find it right now...

Unlike Sonya he could be a 2h Barb. I'm thinking he could use:

Bash
Rend
Furious Charge

Ultimates:
Avalanche
Call of the Ancients

He would be more tanky than Sonya, but have less self healing.
