Re-rolling on a PvP server; pick my class for me

I feel like trying out a PvP server, where i can gank the enemy faction and fight over cities and all that fun stuff...

I'll probably be going Horde. Does anyone know any good PvP servers? Preferably one with an even distribution of faction or a slight edge to horde.

Next, I think the class choice is between warrior, shaman (ele/enhance), destro lock, or ret pally. I'd like for the class to be at least decent in raiding too in case i want to get involved with that, but PvP is the main focus i guess.
