Extending save for hc progress, can we kill previous bosses in normal?

Ok basically tomorrow we are extending to progress on hc garrosh 25 and some of us wanted to do a normal 13/14 10 man clear with friends beforehand, would we still be able to do hc garrosh with our raid group?

Yup. You just need 1 person with the extension to extend AND hold it for the raid team(they can just raid on an alt!)
