Need help understanding a WOD change

First, i used the search tools, didnt find anything. Either that, or im just terrible at using the search tool.

This change i need explained

Bloodthirst now replaces Heroic Strike for Fury Warriors.

Are they telling me Bloodthirst is off the GCD? Is my rage dump being replaced with a rage gain? does BT not have a CD anymore? WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU TELLING ME?!

To preface this, it's a change they just made, which seems to be a snarky response when we say "they took away heroic strike." Though that doesn't mean BT/MS take on the characteristics of heroic strike.

BT still has a cooldown unless you spec into Unquenchable Thirst for fury, in which case it does not have a cooldown.
BT also is still on the GCD, despite "replacing" heroic strike.
