Help with youtube.

Hey guys, my youtube has broken down today. Basically I cannot watch videos because they will load but when they are supposed to start playing they just lag to shit, stop loading and reload constantly, and there is no sound. The problem is probably related to chrome because youtube works on everything but chrome(it is working in incognito mode). Any help to figure this out would be really appreciated.

If it is working in ingcognito it is probably cookie related, happens to me from time to time also. Clearing browser cookies does fix it for me, but it is a little annoying.
