Time for an upgrade (PC Build)

Good afternoon everyone, I've decided it's time to finally throw some money at a new PC Build as the one I'm currently using can't keep up on fights like Ordos and in LFR.

I'm currently using an Intel Q6600 2.4ghz with 4gb DDR2 800mhz Ram with a Sapphire HD7770 1GB Ghz Edition.

I'm useless at building PC's or finding the best way to go about building/buying, I bought my last one from Overclockers here in the UK, that was almost 6 years ago.

I'm looking for a PC I could either Build or just Buy. I am going to set a budget of £800-£1,000.
I am looking for a PC to ONLY Play WoW on, I would like 60+ fps locked, an SSD for WoW+Operating System

With the upcoming release of the new expansion and wanting to get back into raiding, I don't want to be a burden on my guild.

Any help would be greatfully appreciated.
