Any MMORPG's with a Crime System and good World PvP?

So i'm looking for a new MMORPG to play but i really need some help.
I was looking for a game with shity graphics but good gameplay. (may be 2D or 3D) but must have a good world PvP system with danger around every corner.
Possibly a Crime System.
On my search i have came across "Wizardry Online" and "Age of Wushu" but the gameplay is VERY clunky.

I really dont care about the graphics, all i want is a good "PK (Player Killer) System", possibly with Rewards and Bounties! In a Open World.

The worst the graphics the better. Don't worry about graphics, all i care is gameplay.

Sorry if i am being a inconvenience to you guys. Really would apreciate your wisdom about videogames.

Ultima Online. Much fun and the first commercially successful MMORPG.

Too oldschool for me I guess i will try Age of Wushu...but the prison system may be bad.
Need to research more.
