Re-gemming/Reforging help

Hi guys! I was just wondering if any of you could take a look at my armory and give me some changes I could make to my gemming/reforging that could increase my damage at all!

Also, should I be using a crit elixir at a certain point?

step 1: sim your char. to do so, search this forum for the instruction how to use simcraft.
step 2: go to askmrrobot.com, load your char up, press "edit weights" and fill in the blankets with your results from step 1
step 3: do as AMR told you. you now have best possible stats.

use crit elixier by default.
