Any lists of hunter pets not available anymore in WoD?

I could be blind, but I cannot find a list of some sort in all the pet skins which kinda disappear due to zone rewamps?

Can anyone list some which pets/skins won't be available in WoD anymore?

After reading that the spirit boar (never knew it existed) will go away once the razorfen dungeons get a remake I started wondering what else will disappear once the rework of places happen.

EDIT: Well... I will never try to change title again....
