    Genuine question: Why is sexuality forbidden but not topics of racism?

    Both result in heated discussion which frankly is healthy for a discussion board. So whats the difference?

    I swear every thread you make is about sexuality,

    Outside of that I don't know why racism is allowed. Always figured it was forbidden too.

    Because of weird standards? Same reason American movies can have tons of violence and gore but the least bit of sexuality or even a very VERY strong and weird female character displaying all the characteristics of male characters shown on film before will be considered too strong.

    WoW is a game about racial tensions and racism. There is no sex in the World of Warcraft. While this is off topic forum it's still a WoW site and rules should be reflecting WoW.

    If you posted a topic about gayness it would probably turn into a huge flame war. Not sure what a non flame prone sex topic would be.

    Violence doesn't seem to turn into flame wars as much as sexuality. Violence isn't controversial I guess, everyone's opinion about violence is about the same. Sexuality is controversial?

    Like the pro football gay guy getting fired? You know that would turn into a flame war. If it didn't I would very much be surprised.
