Hi folks!

We're <Legion of Justice> (EU Shadowsong, Alliance, level 25). Our purpose in the game is to bring twenty great people together twice a week to have an awesome time raiding, while still actually killing bosses! And that's exactly what we've been doing since ICC.

We raid on Mondays and Wednesdays, 20:30 - 23:30 server time. In WoD we expect to add an optional third night at the weekends for running normals (while progressing in heroic) and then heroics (while progressing in mythic).

What are we offering?
  • A great raid environment. Mumble is full of jokes, not shouting. Wisecracks, not grumbling. Support and help, not blame.
  • Progression. No guarantees about Cutting Edge, but you'll do plenty of Mythic raiding with us - 12/14H so far this tier, and pushing for the clear.
  • Stability. The guild has been around for nearly five years - we're not going anywhere. And the raid team consists of about 25 people, which means you won't sit out often, but the raids don't get cancelled when a tank goes on holiday. We already have 24 of these people - this isn't some "just started to worry about Mythic" 10-man.
  • A bunch of new friends. We like to sit on Mumble outside of raids too and chat with each other. We have real-life guild meetups. I bring cake.

What are we looking for? Well, we ask the following from all raiders:
  • Someone who's awesome to raid with! Chat with us on Mumble, tell awful jokes, be patient on wipes - generally be a solid part of that "great raid environment" I mentioned earlier!
  • Skill. Hardcore "server first" level skill not required, but we can only progress because everyone on the team is an experienced raider. This isn't a "learn to raid" team, sorry.
  • Commitment. You need to sign up to 80%+ of raids and turn up to 99%+ of the raids you've signed up for, that's hopefully obvious. But again, to keep things moving along, you need to be spending reasonable time outside raids earning VP/upgrading/gemming/enchanting/reforging etc.
  • Maturity. You need to be 18+, and act it :-) This isn't "maturity" in the sense of "strictly no childish behaviour" - where would the fun be in that? - but there needs to be respect underneath the piss-taking, you need to know where the line is, etc!

Right now, we're specifically looking for a healing lead, as our current one is changing role in WoD. We've got a diverse healing team ready for mythics - mistweaver, holy pala, holy priest, disc priest, resto druid, as well as another priest and druid with healing offspecs. We're after one more healer - but we specifically want someone who's willing to take on the dual role of both healing, and taking charge of the other healers. So from you, we also expect
  • Class knowledge. You need to get the most out of a multi-class team. Could you have put together a cooldown rotation for Thok, for example?
  • Analytical ability. Can you take a leading role in tactics discussions? Can you analyse logs and help your team improve?
  • Leadership skills. Covers a wide variety of stuff - but fundamentally, will our healers be happy to be led by you?
