Sort of? Unleash effects have no damaging component to them on PTR/beta, and unleash frost no longer exists, so you sort of just spam refresh the buffs. Originally Posted by jayinjersey

Wait...they refresh in between UE CD's?
Cause right now you get the Attack Speed for 6 attacks and increased Fire on UE press...but you get that even without the 2P
