Yeah, it seems that it's mob damage that's too high, not healing too low.

Just healed UBRS, and healing was fine there as well. No barely-healable tank damage, no giant group damage, everything was great.

I've yet to get a group for Grimrail Depot again, I suppose I'll try that later.
