Like I said, there's no option for it in the system menu. You have to use the console commands chaud listed to enable or disable it. Originally Posted by jotunnhermsen

1, and it wasn't working for awhile iirc. Maybe it's working now? Not sure.

Just try /spellclutter 1 and if that doesn't turn on the friendly spell muting, try the other.
