Well i don't often cut my nails since they get worn out pretty quickly.

Sure, there may exist a few weirdos who go savage mode, but besides that, almost every single person keeps their nails ''done'' to a point.

I've been cutting/filing my toenails every week the past two years, because my ankles still look like I have a history of self-harm. This comes from using my toenails to scratch itches while asleep :P

FIngernails are taken care of via a disgusting habit I'm trying to quit. Will file/cut/pare/whateverthetermis in the future.

I clip my fingernails once a week and my toenails about once every other month, since they grow much slower.

The feeling of uncut fingernails is pretty much the worse. I clip all the 'white' off.

If by cutting you mean biting off, then yes. Toe nails I pick at and pull off.
