Since I can't seem to find a straight answer anywhere:

Relic of Chi-Ji or Scroll of Revered Ancestors?

Relic is better both in terms of Int and Spirit average assuming no upgrades on either.
1157int/998spirit
1070int/898spirit
Unless you have a need for the on use to not waste the spirit proc Relic would be a better option.
If this is for CM's Relic wins by a landslide (doesn't get scaled down as much)
