    Which addon is doing this?

    So i have started a new toon and i notice when im mounting up it talks in something that's like RP or whatever.

    "This day we ride; Ride for wrath; ride for Ruin!!"

    I have no idea what could possibly be doing this

    A quick google search suggests the quote is from one of the lord of the rings movies.
    If you do a search of your addon folder for mp3, ogg and maybe wav files then you should be able to identify those with custom audio.
    May help narrow down the options.
