Trouble with Domino's

Hey all, started having this bug last night and for the life of me I cannot track it down. I have been running Dominos forever and have never had any trouble with it but as of last evening my action bars are just totally gone. I tried disabling everything and the usual hoop la but cannot seem to figure it out. The default action bars show up fine when I disable the addon but are gone again if I try re enabling it. Just hoping someone out there has ran into this before or can quickly point out where exactly I am being a noob.

It works just fine with any of my alts.
