elv ui nameplate in default blizz ui

...is any chance that you can use nameplates from elv ui in default blizz ui, or does exist any similar nameplate addon which looking like one from elv ui ?

Kui is probably your best bet for this. Pretty configurable and has most of the same functionality as the Elv nameplates.

@Scarifia, Shadowed Unit Frames is a unit frames replacement, not nameplates (the things that hover over the heads of npcs, opposite faction toons etc.).
