That's just not true at all. A priest could have one half the SWD + Sylvanas combo in hand or be at 9 mana, and have Mind Control in Hand. Yeah there's a chance you might not get Tirion, but it's still a chance. I watched a stream today of a Shaman that flooded his board with Mana Tide, Flame Tongue, Spirit Wolves, and Storm Totem. The Priest then proceeds to play MC Tech, and steals the Storm Totem, and Holy Novas his board. So while it's a slim chance, there's still a chance.

I'd be tempted to say he's the best legendary, but not the best overall - not sure what that is, perhaps fire elemental for me.

Everygame I've played him, hex'd, polymorphed or silenced!
As a very, very avid Control Paladin player; You gotta lure out the hex, poly and silences with Cairne, Sylvanas, Rag (Not silence, ofcourse) and Ysera. If you can play an optimal game of board dominance untill round 9 as a control Paladin, the game is practically won by that time. When facing a priest, always try to keep Tirion infront of one or more stronger minions for that Aldor Peacekeeper + HJ combo.
Priest MC's Tirion
Tirion's shield is pinged by a 1/1, Aldor Peacekeepere'd, killed by one or more of your minions and..
"That belongs in a museum!"
I swear I run HJ for that combo alone. Works every single time since a priest rarely expects it.
Sucks he doesn´t give a 10/6 AB when he dies with Baron up
faceless + silence/hex/poly on Tirion is really painful
