Swipe glyph

Feral has an issue with small numbers of adds, particularly 3 or 4 that i think could be mitigated with a glyph. This would actually fit the situational design of glyphs that Blizzard espouses opposed to the cookie cutter glyphs you never change.

I propose the glyph should look something like this:

Swipe AoE cap changed from 20 targets to 3 targets but damage is tripled.




I dont know the DPE of swipe, obviously you would tune the numbers so it wasnt highest DPE for single target.
