[Help] Getting Nagrand Slam!

Hey guy's, I'm in need for help getting Nagrand Slam!
I am currently at 68/75 and I am DONE with all of Nagrand, EACH quest there, and done with some one chain regarding Crypt thingy in Terokkar
Where are the rest of the quests? This is getting frustrating

BC was a weird era. When I was doing loremaster I seem to recall some other zone's quests leading INTO Nagrand which then start counting for Nagrand's total once you continue the chain there. Something about the fel cannon area in the west. I think some Shattrath quest leads you around Outland, eventually to Nagrand and you get a good few quests from that dragon dude, Altruis? I dunno man, wish I could be of more help.

There is some quest chain in SMV that leads you back to Nagrand too later.

Also there is a quest once per hour at Nesingwary. There is some quests that are started from items that you pick up, or mobs that you kill, like those riders on the road and the one mob in Sunspring Post that is captured and you can escort out.

Make sure you talked to the orc on the boarder to terrokar forest. He starts a 20 quest long chain.

I had trouble with a lot of the outland loremaster achievements, but I used a tool on wowhead to help. Go to tools, character planner, and load your character. Scroll to "achievements almost complete" and click "view achievements". There will be a quests tab that you can order by zone, and order incomplete to complete. You might have to do a bit of reading on how to get each of these quests, but the comments on there are very helpful. :]

It stopped counting them for me when turning them during the Hellfire Peninsula quests achievement. I had to contact GMs twice about it, and in the end I was lucky I had the right exact amount of quests left to do.
