Nope; it's never under 10m whenever there's a CTA that's biased towards one side (because then everyone rushes to that one to win/lose very quickly and rack up free HP). However, with CTA being removed in WoD( Finally!) queue times for randoms should be reduced significantly.

Nah I like blacklisting cause its prevents me from doing Isle of Conquest and Alterac Valley from being an automatic lose every time.
