Blood elves are the only options for Paladins on Horde side because of the useless Tauren Racials. Hopefully other options become more attractive in 6.0.

Old models? Probably the Blood Elves and Draenei.
New models? Human Females are smoking hot, Draenei got a little more junk-in-the-trunk but are still cute, I also like the new Night Elves and Trolls

Doubtful, I'm in my 30's married and I still enjoy looking at the opposite sex.

male tauren, trolls, draenei, goblins and worgen are pretty attractive. never been big on elves. new human males are nice, though. even if some of their faces look like shrek.

I like a girl with stamina. There's also something good about female Tauren. I like their personality. I wouldn't say this about every orc, but Draka, Thrall's mom, seemed pretty hot too in Rise of the Horde when Durotan met her. Tough, jaded girls that have been through some shit really stick out and get to me. Then there's Night Elves. "These women fight with unmatched savagery! I've never seen their equal. They are... perfect warriors." Mmmhmm, Grom knows where I'm coming from. I've always been curious about Naga Azshara and Mother Shahraz... all of those appendages.

All in the eye of the beholder. I love big butch looking men, so orcs, tauren, draenei, dwarf, human, worgen and even night elves can be attractive.
