Well then, maybe they're either
A) Changing the model possibly?
B) Going to use it for something else instead
C) Needed to adjust something with it so it can't make it in with 6.0
D) Actually fully removing it.

Tweet someone about it to see I guess? Don't think we should jump to conclusions just yet.

Actually, another thought. Maybe it was completely accidental? Stranger things have happened on updates. Check if the Horde mount is still in the dungeon journal?

I'm guessing the model didn't quite display the correct animations they wanted it to so it's been removed for further tweaking. No biggie. It should be back for the release.

Thing is, they would probaly just keep the model and upload a new updated model.. The thing is It could be something of a "Limited" thing you buy, but then it would still be available in the Journal, but it isn't. So that contradicts that.. Also they have had model changes on mounts before.. (cubes -> mounts transitions).

We really don't know what they are doing with it so it's not fair to assume it's going to be gone.

The model seemed fine to me (way better than the RL one, IMO) but who knows? Hopefully the mount will make a return.

When they first announced the Alliance bike would be in game, they said that it would be available some time after launch. It may be the case that they decided to do what they said in their post, or it may not- I'm not sure, but it seems like the best explanation.

I suppose it would be misleading to put an unobtainable mount in the journal.

I haven't downloaded the latest build so I can't check if it's still in the files. If it isn't then I'd assume they're scrapping it, if it is then expect it to pop up down the line as they said it would sometime after launch.
