A xenomorph suit from Alien or Aliens, or even Alien: Resurrection. Or, if there'd be any statue or doll of any kind of an alien on all fours - doesn't need to be the runner from Alien 3, can be a normal drone.

I just love those guys. They used to be a thing of my nightmares when I was a kid, but I beat that "fear", largely thanks to the game AvP of course - being able to play as an alien was a huge deal - and now they're just the most beautiful and magnificent thing in the Universe.

I know this is from one of the less appreciated (and I don't think it's that great as a movie myself) movies from the franchise, but I love this picture (even though it's CGI, and the best aliens are indeed suits), and it's as the background of my XBMC videos. Also, if I could get it as a framed poster (glass and all), I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I was gonna say Alien queen. BTW, you can buy the costumes, and recreation props fairly cheap.
